Right so whats bugging me currently is the music industry really or possibly people in the music industry Im not sure which.

It just seems so unfair at times, and even nasty. I mean nasty as in people (who I've never met) damaging our equipment and resorting to personal abuse at any available opportunity.

Also the fact that unless you are a "scene" band you dont get a look in with promoters. Im pissed off with it, but put too much effort and energy and love into my band to stop now.

I just get so frustrated with it all, I mean I know we're not "the best band ever" and the style we play means we wont appeal to everyone. But we have decent credentials, got sponsorships, a record deal.....

What more do people want???

Look up hot buttered muffin, amazing band, they got offered major record deals, did hundreds of gigs, and had a huge fan base and didnt take any of the major label bullshit, because their music and honesty was what they held dear, and that wasnt going to change for anyone.

We don't seem to have much luck getting gigs either. Sue's the only person who ever helps us out.

We never get gigs really. I think we're just asking in the wrong places. Or we're just shit, either way!
