i like potato skins.... if you cook yer spuds in the microwave for about 10-15 minutes, cut them into eighths and remove most of the potato, then rub olive oil into the skin, put grated cheese and pepper on the fluffy side and wack 'em under the grill, they come out lovely... with the scooped out mash, whack it in a pot and mash it up with philly, a hand full of freshly chopped chives and some black pepper.... eat vthese two delightful spud snacks with any greasy dead animal of your choosing.... Very Happy ooh... i'm like jamie oliver or something.... but with less spit... Very Happy ... no... honestly though... skins looks great, but i missed the first series and never caught up....
