Phobias

Pretty random, but I was just talking to a mate about this, and she's reallly scared of bananas - I don't know why, but she just can't be near them.

So it got me thinking about strange phobias. Anyone got any?

It's not a phobia exactly, but I can't handle cardboard. It's like nails on a chalk board for me. And my brother will continually throw toilet roll tubes at me. I really can't bare it!

mine isn't really a phobia either, but i HATE dry sponges

i hate people ripping aluminium cans.

No, seriously...erm...deep water...

needles. i will happily throw myself off stupidly high stuff or extrmely stupid activities but i hate needles


and manakins. they are so creepy. if anyone has seen where have you been vid by reel big fish, the most horrible video ever.

I have a huge fear of heights, lucky in live at the bottom of a hill, and I'm only 5'2"

Last time I had tetanus done I was fine...
...until I woke up by the nurses feet...
...I could feel all the stuff in my arm...icy cold...



I'm ok with heights As long as I'm not hanging off something.

i have a phobia of things flying at my head.... wasps, bees, or those really stupid craneflies which for some reason everyone calls daddy long legs, which is a type of spider that lives on walls... once i was in town and a wasp was after my apple and i had to jump up and flail my arms and shopping bag around like a nutter to get rid of it, the shopping went flying across the street, my apple on the floor and my pride in the gutter.... the wasp just casually moved and stuck his tongue out as he departed....


oh, i also dislike immensely when you get out of the bath and your hands go all wrinkly..... you just can't touch anything that's dry with those prune like digits.....
