BOTB voting works like this everyone gets a voting slip, they vote for the top three bands on the night, the band they think was the best gets 10 points and the band they think was second best gets 8 points and the band they think was second best gets 5 points.

All the votes are calculated at the end of every battle and the two bands that get the highest votes go through o the next round. The judges decision is only used if the voting it tied.

So you need to promote the hell out of your battle to ensure your band gets a good turn out and that your fans vote for you, but because of the point system everyone gets a good chance to get through to the next round if they play well and entertain the crowd.

what requirements do you have for new bands playing at TDD, my band have played severall gigs but dont have a recorded demo...yet. Tentative release date of late February early March but we're hoping to blow a few brains, (probaly our own as we play so damn loud at rehursals).
Life is loud though eh?

Once you are ready to go give me a shout I need to check you out first. The diner however does have a slight noise restriction so you will need to trun it down a notch there
