Sorry for the late reply...been extremly busy as you all know...so many gigs so little time.

The BOTB was awesome, 4 bands played their socks off, a big CONGRATULATIONS to you all

In case you missed it the results were;

WINNING BAND **WHAT THE HELL**
2ND - A BOY NAMED GIRL
3RD - MAN EAT MONKEY
4TH - UNDER THE THUMB

Watch out for the July/August Kent Gig Guide all 4 bands are to be featured in it

News there is to be a new DTD BOTB in the Winter...starting November it will be 8 weeks (32 bands taking part), 4 quarter finals, 2 semi's and the final....so much bigger...will be announced in full in due course......4 bands in each round playing 30 minute set so get writing and rehearsing....the top 2 bands from each round will go through to the next round.....I am expanding the competition this time...so more bands can enter.....you must have at least two members of your band under 21 or under to enter and be based in KENT!!

Hope that sounds good to you...we will have prize money for all 4 bands in the FINAL.

The answer is yes bands who played in Rising Stars including What The Hell?? (to defend their title) are more than welcome to enter the new battle

Yep of course you can, you will need a myspace for both bands and enter them separately on the DTD blog.
