Re: Things to do before you die (a chocolate-based death)
If there is one thing everyone must do before they die, it's see The Bucket List - see what I did there?
Saw it today, and it's one of the most amazing films I have ever seen. Really funny, but quite beautiful too! I love it!
But it made me think a bit more seriously about this question. On the day I die, what do I want to look back on my life and say I've done?
The first thing that springs to mind is have a family. I'd have to think a lot harder about the rest.
There's an Egyptian belief, or an old Egyptian belief, I can't remember which now, that says that when someone dies, before they are allowed into heaven, they are asked two questions, and the answers will decide whether or not they are accepted:
1. Have you had joy in your life?
2. Has your life brought joy to others?
So yeah, I'm asking you that

I don't actually know myself. I'd say yes to 1, but I don't know about the second. How can you truely measure joy? Is it a certain level of happiness? Well, I'm not too sure my life has brought joy to someone else :S

i wasn't being sarcastic either
people often do this with me.... they think i am being sarcastic when i am not... and think i am being serious when i am joking..... why is this do you think?

Maybe because you're a good "actor", and behave the same when joking and when serious, so people get confused?
